The Setai, Miami Beach

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff at Setai impressed us from the moment we arrived. The front desk employees were exceptional, demonstrating attentiveness and genuine warmth that truly enhanced our experience. My husband formed strong connections with the staff and didn't want to leave. We will definitely return to Setai, not just for its stunning beauty, but also for the lasting relationships we built with the staff. The Setai is a wonderful oasis in the otherwise chaotic Miami Beach, in particular South Beach. The rooms are amazing, the staff is super friendly and professional. I had miss booked the room a day too late, and the front desk handled themselves so well, helped me rebook on the spot and I have too many great stories from the doorman to the lady who got me an oatmeal latte because I did not have time to get breakfast. I took advantage of the Spa and the massage was as great as everything else. The restaurants are top notch, and the service and food should be highlighted in a magazine.

Staff is superb with the exception of the restaurant facing the sea the pool and the main restaurant indoors were amazing, everyone was super helpful with no exception

I love this place the restaurants are amazing I truly prefer Jaya over the bar out back but all in all the hotel and rooms are beautiful with a kid of Asian inspired design. The staff here is amazing and very accommodating. Dinner at Jaya is much needed if you stay ! The pool area is well taken care of and very nice!
